Selam Palace, Viale del Policlinico, and Via Collatina are places of historic housing occupations by refugees and asylum seekers in Rome, a European capital where immigrants are not the only ones affected by the housing crisis. In perpetual fear of eviction, these communities have a history and an identity, and are awaiting a better future.
