The 10 Best Articles on Refugees and Migration 23/2018

June 19, 2018 - Open Migration
The odyssey of the 629 migrants on board the Aquarius has finally ended in Valencia, after nine nights out at sea following the Italian government’s decision to close the country’s ports. A large demonstration in Milan calling for fewer walls and more integration. Finally: how the focus on refugees risks neglecting the internally displaced.

December 6, 2016 - Open Migration
Record arrivals and more people coming: the situation in Italy registers some good news, but still no permanent solution in sight. This week our web review also looks outside Europe, from the USA - where the upcoming Trump government stirs fears among undocumented migrants - and Asia, with the continuing persecution of the Rohingya people in South-East Asia.
